Ke Thao aka Nang, working in hospital P-31, confessed that La, medical technician in Kampong Cham, had joined the Worker Party. Ke Thao had contacted and discussed with Lay on collecting forces to join the Worker Party. Until May 1975, the Worker Party held the meeting on the plan to fight to get the authority form the Kampuchea Communist Party, during liberating Phnom Penh. Pha [died]assigned Lay to link with the networks of Prang, soldier of Division 310, so as to wait to carry out the plan.
ឈ្មោះ តែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ ឡាយ បចេ្ចកទេសពេទ្យកំពង់ចាម បានចូលបក្សពលករ យូរហើយ។ ខ្លួន និង ឡាយ ធ្លាប់ទាក់ទងពិភាក្សាគ្នាពីការប្រមូល កម្លាំងបញ្ចូលបក្សពលករដែរ។ លុះដល់ខែ៥ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ បក្សពលករ កម្ពុជាបាន ប្រជុំរៀបចំផែនការរឹបយករដ្ឋអំណាចពីបក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដ កម្ពុជានៅពេលរំដោះភំ្នពេញ។ ឡាយ ត្រូវបានឈ្មោះ ផា «ស្លាប់ហើយ» ចាត់តាំងឱ្យមកភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ ប្រាង យោធាកងពល ៣១០ ត្រៀមខ្លួនចាំអនុវត្ដផែនការ។
