Soam Sang reported to Angkar about tract scattering. They were made by Phuon Phau Yun and Sophal. These tracts were scattered 3 times. The first one was on June 25, 1976 at the head of Monivong Bridge. The second one was on June 31, 1976. The meaning in the tracts was straggle against revolution.
ឈ្មោះ សោម សង សូមរាយការណ៍ជូនអង្គការអំពីការបាចត្រាក់ ដែលមានឈ្មោះ ភួន ផូ យ៉ន់ និងមិត្ដ សុ ផល ជាអ្នកធ្វើត្រាក់។ ត្រាក់នេះបានបោះ ៣លើក លើកទី១ បោះនៅពេលយប់ថ្ងៃទី ២៥-មិថុនា-១៩៧៦ នៅក្បាលស្ពានមុនីវង្សត្រើយខាងលិច លើកទី២ និងទី៣ បោះនៅថ្ងៃទី ២៨-មិថុនា-១៩៧៦ និងថ្ងៃទី ៣១-មិថុនា-១៩៧៦។ អត្ថន័យនៅក្នុងត្រាក់នេះ គឺប្រឆាំងនឹងមាគ៌ាបដិវត្ដ។
