Saom Prum aka Prang, working at Big Cell, Division 310, confessed to the fact of Sien, Chief of Education Office, Northern Zone. In 1971, Khuon assigned Sien, Chief of Education Office, Division 310, was indoctrinated with treason. Sien persuaded the both male and female soldiers not to go to the battlefield, and introduced him to work at Hospital and helped implement a plan.
ឈ្មោះ សោម ព្រំ ហៅ ប្រាង កងធំ កងពល ៣១០ ឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ សៀន ប្រធានអប់រំភូមិភាគឧត្ដរថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ឃួន បានចាត់តាំង សៀន ជាគណៈអប់រំនយោបាយក្បត់។ សៀន ដើរបំផុសយុទ្ធជន យុទ្ធនារីកុំឱ្យទៅសមរភូមិមុខនិងណែនាំវា នៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យឱ្យជួយអនុវត្ដផែនការនេះផង។
