Saom Prum aka Prang, working in big unit, Division 310, conceded that early liberating Phnom Penh, Khuon assigned Hun, chief of Chamkar Leu district, to collect foodstuff, and equipment, and then transported them to store in Northern zone, while Phnom Penh would be successfully liberated.
ឈ្មោះ សោម ព្រំ ហៅ ប្រាង កងធំ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថា ពេលជិតរំដោះភំ្នពេញ ឃួនបានដាក់ផែនការឱ្យ ឈ្មោះ ហ៊ុន គណៈ ស្រុកចំការលើ គឺពេលណារំដោះភំ្នពេញ ត្រូវប្រមូលស្បៀង សម្ភារៈ យកទៅលាក់ទុកនៅខាងភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ។
