Sao Sen aka Sophal, chief of Angkor Chey farm office group, confessed that Hing Kruy, secretary of Kandal Stung district in region 25, was a former governmental spy and took responsible to investigate the revolutionary situation in Phnom Penh. After that, Hing Kruy politically contacted Sokh Butchamraen, Huot Se, and Sokh Hing Kruy in order to take part in Free Khmer activities. After the coup, Sokh Butchamraen sent Hing Kruy to work in region 25 so as to carry out Free Khmer activities with other networks from 1975 till April 17, 1975.
ឈ្មោះ សៅ សេន ហៅ សុផល ប្រធានក្រុមមនី្ទរកសិដ្ឋានរដ្ឋ អង្គរជ័យបានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ហ៊ឹង គ្រុយ គណៈស្រុកកណ្ដាលស្ទឹង តំបន់ ២៥ ជាអតីតគិញរាជការស៊ីប្រាក់ខែត្រឹមត្រូវ និងមានភារៈ ស៊ើបពិនិត្យសភាពការណ៍ពីបដិវត្ដនៅក្រុងភំ្នពេញ ក្រោយមក ហ៊ឹង គ្រុយ មានការទាក់ទងនយោបាយជាមួយ សុខ ប៊ុតចំរើន, ហ៊ួត សេ និង សុខ ហ៊ឹងគ្រុយ ចូលរួមសកម្មភាពខ្មែរសេរីតាំងពីពេល នោះមក។ ក្រោយរដ្ឋប្រហារ សុខ ប៊ុនចំរើន នាំ ហ៊ឹង គ្រុយ ចុះមកតំបន់ ២៥ ដើម្បីភ្ជាប់សកម្មភាពខ្មែរសេរីជាមួយបក្សពួក ពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ រហូតដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥។
