ឈ្មោះ ឆេង កយ ហៅ សាវ៉ាត អាយុ៣៩ឆ្នាំ ប្រធានពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំបន់៥ ជាសេអ៊ីអា បានឆ្លើយសារភាពថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៤ ចូលធ្វើ គិញដើម្បីស៊ើបយកការណ៍ពីសកម្មភាពខ្មែរក្រហម។
