Lao Leang Huot, working in textile unit T-4, was a former loom skilled worker of Ky Hong textile factory. In 1972, Lao Leang Huot joined the C.I.A in order to convince workers to join the C.I.A. After the liberation, Huot linked with treacherous networks of Sun Leng, incited old workers not to educate new workers, and damaged a lot of small spare parts of looms.
ឈ្មោះ ឡោ លាងហួត នៅតម្បាញ ត-៤ ជាអតីត មេជាងកីនៅ រោងចក្រតម្បាញគីហុង ហើយបានចូលធ្វើសេអ៊ីអានៅកុ្នងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧២ និងបានឃោសនាកម្មករឱ្យចូលសេអ៊ីអា។ ក្រោយរំដោះ ហួត បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែក្បត់ជាមួយ ស៊ុន ឡេង និងបំផុសមិនឱ្យកម្មករ ចាស់បង្រៀនកម្មករថ្មី។ ធ្វើឱ្យខូចគ្រឿងខ្ចៅខ្ចងតូចតាច ដែលជា គ្រឿងបន្លាស់កីអស់ជាច្រើន។
