Kao Yoeun aka At, female, working in Political Battalion, Division 310, confessed that in 1976, she assigned Lai, Commander of Company, Division 310, Lis, working in Logistical Company, Division 310, and Yeat, working in Logistical Company, Division 310, to provoke women in the moral offenses. After that, Lai, Lis, and Yeat convinced 4 women to involve in the moral offenses; in June 1976 they received plan from Kao Yoeun to destroy state's equipment and to persuade women to involve in the moral offenses. Kao Yoeun aka At did not clarify the previous contact.
ឈ្មោះ កោ យឿន ហៅ អាត នយោបាយវរសេនាតូច «នារី»កងពល ៣១០ បាននិយាយថា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ខ្លួនបានចាត់តាំង ឈ្មោះ ឡៃ បញ្ជាការកងអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០, លិស ភស្ដុភារអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០, យាត ភស្ដុភារអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០ ឱ្យដើរបំផុសនារី ពីបញ្ហាសីលធម៌។ ក្រោយពេល នោះមក អ្នកទាំងបី បានអូសទាញនារីបាន ៤ នាក់ឱ្យខូចសីលធម៌។ ដល់ខែ៦ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ នារីទាំង ៣ បានទទួលផែនការពីខ្លួនឱ្យបំផ្លាញ សម្ភារៈរដ្ឋ និងបំផុសនារីឱ្យខូចសីលធម៌។ ការទាក់ទងគ្នាពីមុន កោ យឿន ហៅ អាត មិនបានបញ្ជាក់ទេ។
