Ke Thao aka Nang, working in hospital P-31, conceded that woman Hoeun, Roat's wife, was a former chief of Wat Chhloy hospital office in Mien sub-district, Prey Chhor district, Kampong Cham province. In September 1973, Hoeun discussed with him on the problem of building up the Kampuchean Worker Party's forces.
ឈ្មោះ កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បានឆ្លើយ ថានារីឈ្មោះ ហឿន ប្រពន្ធរបស់ រាត់ អតីតជាប្រធានមនី្ទរពេទ្យវត្ដ ឈ្លោយ សង្កាត់មៀន ស្រុកព្រៃឈរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ នៅខែ៩ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ហឿន បានពិភាក្សាជាមួយខ្លួន អំពីបញ្ហាកសាងកម្លាំង បក្សពលករកម្ពុជា។
