Aom Soek, Phnom Penh train repairer, conceded that since 1970, Men Sokh, steam engine operator, worked as C.I.A network with him. In February 1975, Men Sokh received plan from Kiri Phalla to convince people not to believe the Khmer Rouge's propaganda, and to build up C.I.A forces in order to destroy the revolutionary forces, based on the target of using prostitutes to be a tactics.
ឈ្មោះ អោម សឹក អ្នកជួសជុលម៉ាស៊ីនរទេះភើ្លងភំ្នពេញបាន ឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះម៉ែន សុខ អ្នកបើកបរយន្ដចំហាយម៉ាស៊ូត ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ សេអ៊ីអា ជាប់ខ្សែសេអ៊ីអាជាមួយខ្លួនតាំងពីមុនរហូត ដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ន។ នៅខែ២ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ម៉ែន សុខ បានទទួលផែនការពី គីរី ផល្លា ឱ្យបំផុសប្រជាជនកុំឱ្យជឿការឃោសនារបស់ខ្មែរ ក្រហម និងកសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា ដោយលើកទិសដៅកំទេចកម្លាំង បដិវត្ដ ដោយយកស្រីពេស្យាជាគន្លឹះ។
