Chev Chhon aka Mon, Member of Regiment, reported that in 1973, brother Khuon recruited Loeng as traitor; while brother Khuon built up the office 22 near Areak Tnaot village. Chev Chhon aka Mon did not clarify Loeng's activities in detail.
