On February 9, 1981, Sihanouk declared his readiness to cooperate with Pol Pot, Khieu Samphan and Seun San in setting up a "United Front" and with the alliance Governments of others reactionaries in a bid to go against the Cambodian Revolution.
នៅថ្ងៃទី ៩ កុម្ភៈ ១៩៨១ សីហនុ បានប្រកាសថា ត្រៀមខ្លួនជា សេ្រចធ្វើសហប្រតិបត្ដិការជាមួយ ប៉ុល ពត, ខៀវ សំផន និង សឺន សាន ដើម្បីបង្កើត «រណសិរ្សឯកភាព» មួយ និង រដ្ឋាភិបាលសហព័ន្ធ ដែលសហការជាមួយពួកប្រតិកិរិយាផេ្សងៗទៀតសំដៅប្រឆាំង និង បដិវត្ដន៍កម្ពុជា «ប វ ក ជ»។
