On January 1, 1976, Chheang advised Thy, Deputy Chief of Military Hospital of Division 117 in Northern Zone, to lure Prum, Chief of Mitlitary Laboratory in Northern Zone, to betray the party. On September 2, 1976, An told Chheang that Prum was convinced by Thy to enter the Labor Party.
នៅថ្ងៃ១-១-៧៦ ឈ្មោះ ឈាង បានណែនាំឈ្មោះ ធី អនុប្រធាន ពេទ្យយោធាកងពល ១១៧ ក្នុងភូមិភាគឧត្ដរឱ្យធ្វើការអូសទាញព្រំ ប្រធានមន្ទីរពិសោធន៍យោធាភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ ឱ្យធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់ បក្ស។ នៅថ្ងៃ២-៩-៧៦ អន បានប្រាប់ឈ្មោះ ឈាង វិញថា ព្រំ ត្រូវបានឈ្មោះ ធី អូសទាញចូលបក្សពលករបានហើយ។
