This document mentioned about the confessions of people, working in Chak Angre power plant, who admitted to the plan of opposing to the party in June 1975. They had plan to destroy power plant and to kill cadres in order to get their guns. For the plan, they intentionally fled to Vietnam crossing Ka-am Sam Nar path in region 25. However, they couldn't successfully carry out this plan, because they couldn't collect guns, grenades, cadres were not already gathered, and especially the plan was frequently delayed till late of June. Thus, in the early July, they were arrested by the Angkar.
ឯកសារនេះ ជាចម្លើយសារភាពពីផែនការប្រឆាំងបក្សក្នុងខែ៦ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ របស់មនុស្សមួយចំនួននៅក្នុងរោងចក្រអគ្គិសនីចាក់អង្រែ។ ពួកនេះមានផែនការកំទេចរោងចក្រអគ្គិសនី សម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលយក អាវុធ។ ក្នុងការអនុវត្ដផែនការនេះ មានគោលពំណងជម្លៀសខ្លួនទៅ នៅស្រុកយួន ដោយឆ្លងកាត់តំបន់ ២៥ និងច្រកក្អមសំណរ។ ប៉ុន្ដែ ផែនការនេះមិនសំរេច ដោយរកអាវុធ និងគ្រាប់បែកមិនបាន ហើយ កម្មាភិបាលមិននៅជុំគ្នា ចេះតែពន្យាពេលរហូតដល់ចុងខែ៦ ដើមខែ៧ ត្រូវបានអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនតែម្ដងទៅ។
