Ke Thao aka Nang, working in hospital P-310, admitted that Loeng, working in Northern zone military garage, was a network of Phoeung, soldier of Northern zone Staff. In October 1972, Loeng joined the meeting with him [Ke Thao aka Nang] to receive plan from Roat to build up traitorous forces, to convince Communist forces, and to set up plan to liberate country in October 1973. The confession of Chann Hoeun aka Phy, working in animal raising office in Chraing Chamreh, and the name list of soldiers working in Northern zone involved in the enemy's confession.
កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យ ព-៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ឡឹង នៅយានដ្ឋានយោធាភស្ដុភារឧត្ដរ ជាមនុស្សរបស់ ភឿង ជាយុទ្ធ ជនសេនាធិការភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ។ នៅខែ១០ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ឡឹងបាន ចូលប្រជុំជាមួយខ្លួន ទទួលផែនការពី រាត់ ឱ្យកសាងកងទ័ពក្បត់អូស ទាញកម្លាំងកុម្មុយនីស្ដ និងលើកផែនការរំដោះប្រទេសនៅខែ១០ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣។ ចម្លើយ ចាន់ ហឿន ហៅ ភី នៅមនី្ទរចិញ្ចឹមសត្វច្រាំង ចំរេះ។ យោធានៅភូមិភាគឧត្ដរជាប់កុ្នងចម្លើយខ្មាំង។
