On June 1, 1975, Beijing radios about the decision of the 28th General Assembly of International Health Organization in Geneva to provide aid to Cambodia and a Cambodian article "The glorious labor of the revolutionary children in North-Western Zone battlefield". Hanoi radios about providing refuges and food to Vietnamese and Cambodian people.
ថ្ងៃទី១ មិថុនា, ១៩៧៥ វិទ្យុប៉េកាំងផ្សាយថា៖ មហាសន្និបាតលើកទី ២៨ នៃអង្គការសុខាភិបាលអន្ដរជាតិ នៅហ្សឺណែវ សមេ្រចផ្ដល់ជំនួយ ដល់កម្ពុជា និង ផ្សាយពីអត្ថបទព័ត៌មានមួយរបស់កម្ពុជាមានចំណង ជើងថា «ពលកម្មដ៍ថ្លៃថ្លារបស់កុមារបដិវត្ដន៍នៅសមរភូមិពាយ័ព្យ»។ វិទ្យុហាណូយ៖ ការផ្ដល់ជម្រក និង ស្បៀងអាហារឱ្យជនជាតិ វៀតណាម និង កម្ពុជា។
