Bout Heng, cheif of documentation team at S-21 reported to Angkar about his past traitorous activities. Bout Heng, 26 year-old, was born at Tuol Sala village, Sa-ang Phnom subdistrict, No, 20 district, zone 25. In 1978, he joined revolution at Spy village. Then he joined battlion 116 on december 1972, Bout Heng joined CIA under the instruction of Run and worked for CIA till May 04, 1978 that he was arrested.
ប៊ុត ហេង ប្រធានក្រុមធ្វើឯកសារនៅស-២១ បានរាយការណ៍ ជូនអង្គការអំពីប្រវត្ដិសកម្មភាពក្បត់របស់ខ្លួន។ ប៊ុត ហេង អាយុ ២៦ ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិទួលសាលា ឃុំស្អាងភំ្ន ស្រុក ២០ តំបន់ ២៥។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧២ ចូលធ្វើបដិវត្ដនៅឈ្លបភូមិ។ ក្រោយមក នៅកងវរសេនាតូច ១១៦។ នៅខែ កញ្ញា-១៩៧២ ប៊ុត ហេង បាន ចូលសេអ៊ីអា តាមរយៈការអប់រំពីឈ្មោះ រុន ហើយបានធ្វើ សកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអារហូតដល់ថ្ងៃទី ៤-ឧសភា-១៩៧៨ ត្រូវបានអង្គការ ចាប់ខ្លួនតែម្ដង។
