Ros Seam aka Song, Secretary of Division 310 Regiment, confessed that during 1st-fighting federal committee of Division 310 being reported on the practiced achievement to the Communist Party of Kampuchea in November 1975, Chhan [was arrested], member of 1st fighting federal committee of Division 310, reported the practiced activities to the meeting. Chhan sent his expanded core forces called Leng, Kang, Vet, Sen, and Srorn to hide working in the Angkar's artillery unit. Ros Seam aka Song did not confirm Chhan's activities relating to the five.
រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០ បាន និយាយថា នៅខែ១១ ១៩៧៥ ពេលដែលគណៈកម្មាធិការសហព័ន្ធ ប្រយុទ្ធទី១ កងពល ៣១០ ត្រូវរាយការណ៍ពីលទ្ធផលអនុវត្ដកន្លង មកជូនបក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដកម្ពុជា។ ឈ្មោះ ឆន «ចាប់ខ្លួនហើយ» ដែល ជាសមាជិកកុ្នងគណៈកម្មាធិការ បានរាយការណ៍ជូនអង្គប្រជុំពីសកម្ម- ភាពកន្លងទៅ។ ឆន បានបង្កប់កម្លាំងស្នូលរបស់ខ្លួនដែលបានអប់រំ យូរហើយនៅក្នុងកងកាំភើ្លងរបស់អង្គការដូចមានឈ្មោះ ឡេង, កង, វេត, សែន និង ស្រ៊ន។រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង មិនបានបញ្ជាក់ ពីការទាក់ទងរបស់ ឆន ជាមួយអ្នកទាំង៥នោះទេ។
