Top Siep, Soldier of 17 April Hospital P-17, after the Liberation, Loh, Soldier of 17 April Hospital P-17, was a person, who freely travelled, escaped from work, and indirectly criticized cadres. Loh contacted Top Siep and was convinced to join the White Khmer.
ឈ្មោះ តុប សៀប យុទ្ធជនពេទ្យ-១៧ មេសា បាននិយាយថា ក្រោយរំដោះឈ្មោះ ឡោះ យុទ្ធជនពេទ្យ-១៧ មេសា ជាមនុស្ស សេរី គេចវេះការងារ វាយប្រហារកម្មាភិបាល។ ឡោះ មានការ ទាក់ទងជាមួយខ្លួនៗក៏អូសទាញ ឡោះ ឱ្យចូលខ្មែរស។
