On 22 August 1973, the cadre committee of the village in Chey sub-district attended the meeting, where there were many people to set up one economic committee. People had to send out their yield to the committee to be divided equally. Some people made a protest against this, but it was still carried out. Therefore, people living in that area were very furious with this committee because their yield were controlled by khmer rebel.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ គ្រប់គណៈកម្មាភិបាលនៅ សង្កាត់ជៃ បានមករួមប្រជុំដោយមានប្រជាពលរដ្ឋជាច្រើននាក់ ដើម្បី ដោះស្រាយ និងរៀបចំអង្គការសេដ្ឋកិច្ចមួយ។ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋត្រូវធើ្វ ការរួមគ្នាដើម្បីប្រមូលផលិតផលទាំងនោះបញ្ជូនទៅអោយគណៈកម្មា- ធិការខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម សម្រាប់បែងចែកអោយស្មើៗគ្នា។ ក្នុងនោះមាន ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្លះបានតវ៉ាចំពោះរឿងនេះ ប៉ុន្ដែពួកវានៅតែអនុវត្ដដូចនេះ ដដែល។ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋទាំងអស់នៅក្នុងតំបន់នេះមានការក្ដៅក្រហាយ ជាខ្លាំងនិងអង្គការនេះណាស់ ព្រោះអីផលដែលគេធើ្វបានទាំងប៉ុន្មាន ត្រូវបញ្ជូនទៅអោយអង្គការនេះចាត់ចែងទៅវិញ។
