Sin Savong alias Pip, who defected to the government on November 10, 1972, reported on August 23, 1970, Chheng Chuon who lived in Chhke Kham Breus village, Kuos Chik Dei sub-district persueded him. Then he was taken to meet Serei Setha, alias Achatou then to Chheng Chuon's house. There were 12 people with arms in the house. One of them was Kuy who died in 1971. He and other 14 people were taken at night time to learn to educate people to join Khmer Rouge. He was appointed to educete chinese people. In 1972 Khmer Rouge didn't trust him and stopped him from work.
ចម្លើយឈ្មោះ ស៊ិន សាវង្ស ហៅ ប៊ិុប បានរៀរាប់ថាកាលពីថ្ងៃ២៣ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ឈ្មោះ ឆេង ជួន នៅភូមិឆ្កែខាំប្រើស ឃុំគួសជីកដី បានមកបបួលខ្ញុំបាទនឹងនិយាយបញ្ចុះបញ្ជូលទាល់តែខ្ញុំ យល់ព្រមហើយបានទៅជួបឈ្មោះ សេរី សេដ្ឋា ហៅអាចារ្យ តូ ក៏បាន បបួលទៅអាឆេងជួននៅក្នុងផ្ទះ ពេលនោះមានគ្នា១២នាក់ ប្រដាប់ ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ ក្នុងចំណោមនោះមានឈ្មោះតាគុយ តែគាត់ ស្លាប់ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១។ ពួកទាំង១២នាក់ បានប្រមូលយុវជន១៥នាក់ នៅក្នុងភូមិយកទៅទាំងយប់ឯរូបខ្ញុំក៏ទៅជាមួយដែរដើម្បីរៀនអប់រំ ប្រជាជនឱ្យចុះចូល។ ឯខ្ញុំគេចាត់ឱ្យអប់រំពួកចិន។ នៅខែមីនា ១៩៧២ ពួកវាឈប់ទុកចិត្ដខ្ញុំ ហើយឱ្យឈប់។ ថ្ងៃ១០ វិច្ឆិកា ១៩៧២ បាន ចូលសារភាពជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល។
