Kim Krin defected on September 03, 1974 at Ka-am Samna. in may 1974, he was a militariaman at Koh Thom district. He made a report revealing the activities of soldiers in region 25 whose assignment was to patrol along the Mekong river. Concerning education in region 25, the enemies forcibly gathered children at the age of 6 upto 14 to be educated and in the meantime they instilled them with communist ideology. In villages, every 10 days, people were rallied for political education. The enemies forced people to do hard work. Half the harvest people made were taken by Angkar, leaving with them the other half. In the field of economy, the enemies rent fishing areas to Vietnamese, sold fishing achievements to Vietnam, and even allowed a number of Vietnamese people and Vietkong soldiers to reside in Cambodia.
គឹម គ្រិន បានចុះចូលនៅថ្ងៃ៣ កញ្ញា ១៩៧៤នៅក្អមសំណរ។ ជាឈ្លប ប្រចាំស្រុកកោះធំនៅខែ៥ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបានរាយការណ៍ ពីសកម្មភាពនៅតំបន់ ២៥ ដែលមានទ័ពធ្វើប្រតិបត្ដិការតាមដងទនេ្ល មេគង្គ។ ផ្នែកអប់រំនៅតំបន់ ២៥នេះខ្មាំងបានកេណ្ឌកុមារ ពីអាយុ៦ ទៅ១៤ឆ្នាំ ឱ្យរៀនហើយអប់រំទ្រឹស្ដីកុម្មុយនិស្ដតែម្ដង។ នៅក្នុងភូមិ រយះពេល១០ថ្ងៃម្ដងត្រូវបានប្រជុំអប់រំនយោបាយដល់ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។ ខ្មាំងបានបង្ខំប្រជាជនឱ្យធ្វើការធ្ងន់ហើយចែកផលិត ផលតែពាក់កណ្ដាល នៅសល់ប៉ុន្មានអង្គការដកហូត។ ក្នុងវិស័យសេដ្ឋកិច្ចខ្មាំងបានជួលឡូត៍ នេសាទឱ្យយួន និងលក់ផលនេសាទឱ្យយួនដឹកទៅវៀតណាម ហើយក៍មាន ប្រជាជនវៀតណាម និងវៀងកុងមួយចំនួនរស់នៅដីខ្មែរដែរ។
