Chinban Sophalkun was permitted to operate in Kampong Siem district, Kampong Cham provinces for the sake of provincial committee and for having contact with liberation Khmer and Khmer Rouge in order to persuade them to join the government.
ឈ្មោះ ជីនបាន សុផលគុណ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យទៅធ្វើការជា ប្រយោជន៍ដល់គណៈកម្មាធិការខេត្ដ នៅស្រុកកំពង់សៀម ខេត្ដ កំពង់ចាម ដើម្បីប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះ និងខ្មែរក្រហមដើម្បីឱ្យពួកគេមករួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
