Colonel Kim Eng, chief of the 2nd Bureau, attested that Uan Sieng, 45 years old, was the Ministry's informer in Operation region ot Phnom Penh and Kamong Speu.
វរសេនីយឯក គិម អេង នាយការិយាល័យទី២ បានបញ្ជាក់ថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ឱន សៀង អាយុ ៤៥ឆ្នាំ ជាភ្នាក់ងារផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មានឱ្យក្រសួង ក្នុងតំបន់ប្រតិបត្ដិការភ្នំពេញ និងខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។
