Commune Svay Chek had 11 villages, such as village Thmei, Svay Chek, Anlung Spean, Chrak Skor, Pra Krong, Rong Damrei, Monomat, Koh Prich, Porpul, Kandal and Trapaing Chambok, which had 586 families in total. According to the estimation. This commune had about 50 maidens and the children range from 40 to 60 in each village. There were ten militias and Srei Samoeun was a chief of the unit in this commune. In 1974, Angkar Khmer Communist planned to create top cooperative in every village and lower cooperative in Trapaing Chambak. There were three leaders Mom Khim, Kham Van and Sareth.
នៅក្នុងសង្កាត់ស្វាយចេកមាន១១ភូមិៈ ភូមិថ្មី, ភូមិស្វាយចេក, ភូមិអន្លង់ស្ពាន, ភូមិច្រកស្គរ, ភូមិប្រក្រុង, ភូមិរោងដំរី, ភូមិមនោមាត, ភូមិកោះព្រិច, ភូមិពពូល, ភូមិកណ្ដាល, ភូមិត្រពាំងចំបក់។ ចំនួនគ្រួសារមាន៥៨៦គ្រួសារ។ តាមការប៉ាន់ស្មានឃុំនេះមាននារី ក្រមុំប្រហែល៥០នាក់ ហើយក្នុងភូមិនីមួយៗមានកេ្មងពី៤០ ទៅ៦០នាក់។ ចំពោះកងឈ្លបសង្កាត់នេះ មាន១០នាក់ប្រធានកង ឈ្លបឈ្មោះ ស្រី សំអឿន។ នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ គម្រោងអង្គការ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ បង្កើតជាសហករណ៍កម្រិតខ្ពស់គ្រប់ភូមិទាំងអស់ និងកំរិតទាបនៅត្រពាំងចំបក់ អ្នកដឹកនាំ៣នាក់ឈ្មោះ មុំ ឃឹម, ខាំ វ៉ាន់ និងសារ៉េត។
