Ti Sren was born in KanLeng Chork village, Mien sub-district, Oreang Ov district of region 22. He joined revolution in 1957 through Seang Hy who had persuaded him. In 1966-70 Ti Sren was a revolutionary
soldier of region 22. ទី ស្រ៉ិន កើតនៅភូមិកន្លែងចក ឃុំមៀន ស្រុកអូររាំងឪ ក្នុងតំបន់ ២២។ សាម៉ីជននេះចូលធើ្វបដិវត្ដន៍នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៥៧ តាមរយៈ ស៊ាង ហ៊ី ដែលជាអ្នកអូសទាញ។ ពីឆ្នាំ១៩៦៦ ដល់ ១៩៧០ ទី ស្រ៉ិន មានតួនាទីជាកម្មាភិបាលរបស់តំបន់២២ ដែលមានភារកិច្ចធើ្វ សកម្មភាពនៅក្នុងតំបន់២២។
