Kim Horn was a commander in company, battalion 11, region 13. He used to take fighting strategy course for 15 days at Damrey Romiel mountain, 3 teachers among five were Khmer, and other two were from Hanoi. Their propaganda politics were free people from American pressure and to make a new life. This battalion was just created by a chief of region 13, Ta Saom in 1973. He defected because they butchered people and soldiers without trial, and they commited dictatorship. He was, on the other hand, sent to be killed with other seven messengers, 2 medics and 3 soldiers in company.
ឈ្មោះនេះជាមេបញ្ជាការកងអនុសេនាធំ កងវរសេនាតូច១១ តំបន់ ១៣ ហាត់រៀនក្បួនយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រចំនួន១៥ថ្ងៃ នៅភ្នំដំរីរមៀល ក្នុងនោះ មានគ្រូបង្ហាត់មាន៥នាក់គឺ មកពីហាណូយ២នាក់ និងខ្មែរ៣នាក់។ នយោបាយឃោសនាគឺ វាយរំដោះប្រជាពលរដ្ឋពីការជិះជាន់ អាមេរិកកាំង និងកសាងជីវភាពថ្មី ៩កងវរៈនេះទើបតែបង្កើតឡើង ដោយគណៈតំបន់១៣ ឈ្មោះ តាសោម ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ មូលហេតុដែលចូលសារ ភាពគឺ បណ្ដាលមកពីពួកវាកាប់ សម្លាប់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងយុទ្ធជនដោយ គ្មានជំនុំជំរះ និងប្រព្រឹត្ដិអំពើផ្ដាច់ការខ្លាំងពេក។ ម៉្យាងទៀតឈ្មោះនេះត្រូវបាន តាសោម ចេញបញ្ជារឱ្យយកទៅសម្លាប់ចោល រួមទាំងនិរសារ៧នាក់ កងអនុសេនាធំ៣នាក់ ពេទ្យ២នាក់ទៀតផង។
