Dam Sary aka Soeu, Khmer Communist was a medic in region 13 in the west of Damrey Romiel Mountain. In 1972, he was appointed to be a teacher who taught national letters and politics to their children to hate government forces. He used to study military strategy from enemy. Later on he was Mith Kem Horn's messenger aka Heng who was a commander in special company in region 13, platoon 13, in the west of track. He defected to the society because he hated their brutality inhumanity and execution.
ឈ្មោះនេះបានចូលខ្មាំងកុម្មុយនិស្ដ មានមុខងារជាពេទ្យប្រចាំតំបន់១៣ ខាងលិចភ្នំដំរីរមៀល។ នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ គឺខ្មាំងបានឱ្យឈ្មោះនេះធ្វើជាគ្រូបង្រៀនអក្សរជាតិខ្លះ ដឹងនយោបាយរបស់ពួកវា ដល់កូនខ្មែរឱ្យស្អប់ទាហានរដ្ឋាភិបាល ហើយធ្លាប់រៀនក្បួនយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រ លើខ្មាំង។ ក្រោយមកឈ្មោះនេះធ្វើជានិរសាឱ្យមិត្ដ គឹមសាន ហៅ ហេង ជាមេបញ្ជាការកងអនុសេនាធំ ជាពិសេសប្រចាំតំបន់១៣ក្នុងកង វរសេនាតូចលេខ១១ ស្ថិតនៅខាងលិចផ្លូវរថភ្លើង។ មូលហេតុដែល ចូលរួបរួមនេះ បណ្ដាលមកពីស្អប់ខ្ពើមនូវអំពើព្រៃផ្សៃយង់ខ្នង អមនុស្សធម៌ និងអំណាចកាប់សម្លាប់របស់ពួកវា។
