Chea Peng Leng served Khmer Communist as a soldier in gang 6, platoon 722, company 72, battalion 117, region 25, special zone. And he defected to national forces in infantry division 2 stationed at Svay Rolum.
ជននេះបានបម្រើខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដក្នុងឋានៈជាយុទ្ធជនក្នុងក្រុមទី៦ កងអនុសេនាតូច៧២២ កងអនុសេនាធំ៧២នៃកងវរតូច១១៧ តំបន់២៥ ភូមិភាគពិសេស។ ហើយបានចូលសារភាពជាមួយកង ទ័ពជាតិនៅក្នុងកងពលថ្មើរជើងលេខ២ ប្រចាំនៅស្វាយរលំ។
