This is a letter about khmer communist Poeu Ran who held a position of the chief of squad ៈ3 of platoon 28, campany 306 battalion 131 South-west zone. And he realized of his quilt so he defected with 2 AK, 2cartridge, and 90 bullets, to Longvek military section at Phsar Krom on July 18, 1974.
នេះជាលិខិតនៃការប្រគល់ជូនដើម្បីសមេ្រចនូវខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិសម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ពៅ រ៉ន មានឋានៈជាមេក្រុមទី៣ កងអនុសេនាតូច៣៨ កងអនុសេនាធំ៣០៦ នៃកងវរៈ១៣១ ភូមិភាគនិរតីដែលបានភ្ញាក់ រលឹកនាំមកជាមួយនូវកាំភើ្លងអាកា២ដើម ប្រអប់ច្រកគ្រាប់២ និងគ្រាប់ចំនួន៩០គ្រាប់ នៅអាជ្ញាធរយោធាផ្នែកសឹករងលង្វែក កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៨ កក្កដា ១៩៧៤ នៅផ្សារក្រោម។
