On October 22, 1973, about 100 armed Khmer Rebels in mix uniforms, under the command of Ta Akinet, departed from Srey Santhor district, Kampong Cham province. Then they deployed in Prek Krabao village in order to attack against all the national force position and block them from backing up their force in Vihear Suor, especially, they easy to collect foodstuffs from villagers to supply their forces who were operating in Vihear Suor.
នៅថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រហែល១០០នាក់ ក្នុងសម្លៀកបំពាក់ចម្រុះ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការ តា អគ្គីនេត្រ បានធ្វើចលនាចុះពីស្រុកស្រីសន្ធរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម មក រាយគ្នាក្នុងភូមិព្រែកក្របៅ និងមាននាទីធ្វើការវាយប្រហារគ្រប់ទី តាំងការពារជាតិ ដើម្បីឃាំងទ័ពជាតិយើងកុំឱ្យចេញទៅជួយធ្វើ អន្ដរាគមន៍នៅវិហារសួគ៌ ពិសេសពួកវាងាយស្រួលនូវការដើរប្រមូល ស្បៀងពីអ្នកស្រុកផ្ដល់ឱ្យកងទ័ពវាកំពុងតែប្រតិបត្ដិការសឹកនៅវិហារ សួគ៌។
