On November 6, 1973, about 200 gunned Khmer rebels traveled from Koh Anlung Chen, and hid themselves in Prek Thmey village, Prek They sub-district, Kien Svay district in order to help their soldiers, who were operating in Prek Ta Ev. In the begining of November, villagers lived in Bati district and Prey Kabass district, complained and asked for Khmer rebels intervention to sack Yuons from Kampong Reap, Angkor Borey and Prey Kabass district in Takeo province. In this case above, Khmer rebels about 1 battalion in region 25, under a female commander came to intervent immediately. In addition, these Khmer rebels moved closely to Ta Khmao town, and they had duty to fight the national forces, who attempted to make up operation because the Khmer rebels attempted to attack Ta Khmao town in the nearly future.
នៅថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រហែល២០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ បានធ្វើចលនាចេញពីកោះអន្លង់ចិន មករាយគ្នាលាក់ខ្លួននៅភូមិព្រែកថ្មី ឃុំព្រែកថី្ម ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល ដើម្បីជាជំនួយដល់គ្នាវាដែលកំពុងប្រតិបត្ដិការនៅព្រែកតាអេវ។ នៅដើមខែវិច្ឆិកានេះ អ្នកស្រុកក្នុងស្រុកបាទី និង ស្រុកព្រៃកប្បាស បាននាំគ្នាក្រោកតវ៉ាសុំឱ្យខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមជួយដេញយួន ឱ្យថយចេញពីកំពង់រាប និងអង្គរបូរី រហូតដល់ស្រុកព្រៃកប្បាស ខេត្ដតាកែវ ក្នុងករណីនេះ ខាងខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមតំបន់២៥ប្រហែល ១កងវរសេនាតូច ក្រោមបញ្ជាការស្រី បានមកជួយធ្វើអន្ដរាគមន៍ភ្លាម។ បញ្ជាក់បន្ថែម ខ្មាំងដែលរំកិលទ័ពវាមកជិតក្រុងតាខ្មៅ មាននាទីចាំវាយ ទប់ទល់ និងរារាំងកុំឱ្យទ័ពជាតិឡើងប្រតិបត្ដិការបាន ព្រោះខ្មាំងមាន គោលបំណងវាយក្រុងតាខ្មៅនាពេលខាងមុខ។
