Hieb Piseth called be was a transitional commander in company 72, battalion 117, regiment 267, stationed in south west zone, region 25. He used to study communist politic{people war} and military strategy, such as: mine clearing, putting away grenades which were used to protect barrack. The company was composed of 360 soldiers equipped with various weapons, and its headquerter was in Prek Kor in villages's house and in village Prek Kamphleanh{not available in the map}. Its commander was Hieb Piseth who replaced a former commander that died during shelling.There not any Viet Cong in this company. They attempted to conquered Phnom Penh. their ideology was to scatter communist idea to unfold corruption, suppressing of the republic regime and to lift up the army spirit of struggle. Some weapons were supported by north vietnamese, transported by train and through Neak Loeung and some were looted from national army. The army were not willing to combat but they were forced because they were fed up with war, especially they were afrand of death. Some of combatants fled to house, but they failed because they were watched. An the other hand, they were not happy with the lifestyle in forest, lack of food and medicine. They were also banned to drink alcohol, and to love woman. Anyone was found quility, he would be reeducated or killed by Angkar. People were also not content with Angkar communist because half or more than half of their propety were confiscated and considered collective's and they mad to somethong useful to Angkar., no right to sleep at their house. Hiep Piseth saw one foreign journalist {English speaker} who was captured by enemy and sent to office of region 25 in village Svay Tamek.
ហៀប ពិសិដ្ឋ ហៅ បេ ជាមេបញ្ជាការបណ្ដោះអាសន្ននៃកងអនុសេនា ធំ៧២ ក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូច១១៧ វរសេនាធំ២៦៧ ប្រចាំភូមិភាគនិតី តំបន់២៥។ ធ្លាប់បានរៀន់ែផ្នកនយោបាយកុម្មុយនិស្ដ«សង្គ្រាមបដិវត្ដ» និងក្បួនយោធាដូចជាៈ ការដោះមីន និងគ្រាប់បែកដែលចងការពារ បន្ទាយ។ ក្នុងកងនេះមានកម្លាំងទ័ពចំនួន៣៦០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយ អាវុធគ្រប់ធុន ហើយច្រើនតាំងទីបញ្ជាការនៅព្រែកពោធិ៍ តាមផ្ទះ អ្នកស្រុក និងនៅភូមិព្រែកកំភ្លាញ «គ្មានក្នុងផែនទី»។ មេបញ្ជាការ ឈ្មោះ យ៉ុង បានស្លាប់ដោយសារគ្រាប់ផ្លោង ទើបឈ្មោះ ហៀប ពិសិដ្ឋ នេះមកជំនួស។ ក្នុងកងនេះគ្មានទ័ពយួនយៀកកុងខាងជើងទេ។ ពួកខ្មាំងមានគោលបំណងវាយយកក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។ មនោគមន៍វិជ្ជារបស់ ពួកវាគឺឃោសនាអប់រំ បំផុសគំនិតកុម្មុយនិស្ដ និងបង្ហាញអំពីពុក រលួយ ការជិះជាន់ក្នុងរបបសាធារណរដ្ឋ ពង្រឹងទឹកចិត្ដយុវជនឱ្យមាន ការតស៊ូ។ គ្រាប់រំសេវមួយចំនួនធំបានមកពីការជួយឧបត្ថម្ភពីយួនខាងជើង ដោយដឹកតាមផ្លូវដែក និងតាមអ្នកលឿង ហើយនិងមួយផ្នែកបានមកពីការរឹមអូសពីកងទ័ពជាតិ។ ចំពោះទឹកចិត្ដ យុទ្ធជនគឺគ្មានស្មារតីប្រយុទ្ធ ព្រោះនឿយណាយនិងសង្គ្រាម ជាពិសេស ខ្លាចស្លាប់។ មានយុទ្ធជនភាគច្រើនរត់ទៅផ្ទះ តែមិនបានសមេ្រច ព្រាះ មានពួកវាឃ្លាំមើល ម្យ៉ាងទៀតពួកគេមិនសប្បាយចិត្ដនឹងការរស់នៅ ក្នុងព្រៃ ខ្វះអាហារ ថ្នាំពេទ្យ...។ ហាមមិនឱ្យផឹកស្រា និងស្រលាញ់ ស្រី តែបើអ្នកណាប្រព្រឹត្ដខុសនោះ នឹងត្រូវអង្គការយកទៅកសាង អប់រំឬយកទៅសម្លាប់ចោល។ ចំពោះប្រជាជនវិញគឺមិនពេញចិត្ដ នឹងពួកអង្គការកុម្មុយនិស្ដយ៉ាងខ្លាំង ព្រោះទ្រព្យសម្បត្ដិ និងរបស់ របរដែលខ្លួនរកបានត្រូវអង្គការនេះរឹបអុសយកពាក់កណ្ដាលដាក់រួម ហើយត្រូវធ្វើការអ្វីមួយដើម្បីជាប្រយោជន៍រួមសម្រាប់អង្គការ និងគ្មានសិទ្ធដេកផ្ទះឡើយ។ ជននេះបានឃើញអ្នកការសែតបរទេស ម្នាក់ «និយាភាសាអង់គេ្លស» ត្រូវបានពួកខ្មាំងចាប់យកទៅដាក់ ក្នុងមន្ទីរតំបន់២៥ ត្រង់ភូមិស្វាយតាមេឃ។
