Kem Tha, a soldier in battalion 118 in region 15, was born in Chamkar Sbeng village, sub-district 15, Chaom Chao district. He was captured by national armed forces, during the attack in Au-Dong. This person reported that in battalion 118, there were 200 soldiers as well as a lot of guns. This battalion 118 divided into 4 companies which were responsible for deploying their forces so as to raid the national armed forces.
កែម ថា កើតនៅភូមិចំការស្បែង សង្កាត់ ១៥ ខ័ណ្ឌចោមចៅ ជាយុទ្ធជន ក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូចលេខ ១១៨ ប្រតិបត្ដការក្នុងតំបន់ ១៥ ដែលត្រូវ បានចាប់ខ្លួនក្នុងពេលប្រតិបត្ដិការនៅឧត្ដុង្គ។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបានរាយការណ៍ពី ភូមិសាស្ដ្រនៃកងវរសេនាតូចលេខ ១១៨ ដែលជាទ័ពរបស់ភូមិភាគ ពិសេសដែលមានកងទ័ពជាង២០០នាក់ ព្រមទាំងអាវុធជាច្រើន។ កងវរសេនាតូចនេះចែកជា៤កងអនុសេនាធំ ដែលមានភារៈចាំរាយ ខ្សែត្រៀមចាំស្ទាក់កងទ័ពជាតិ។
