This person served Khmer liberation army as a chief of group Kh223 and Ng82 which were located in the east of Prek Luong. There were 450 forces in Ng82, who used to study military strategy such as: crawling, launching grenade, laying mines, firing airplanes and attcking bases. They were indoctrinated not to negotiate with government and to liberate the country. This group had Ly and Oeun as commander. Everyone in the group must obey him otherwise they would be killed. In 1972, most Viet Cong were found in PreK Po and Tary Maorn Dob.
ឈ្មោះនេះបម្រើអោយកងទ័ពខ្មែររំដោះក្នុងកង «ឃ» ២២៣, ក្នុង «ង»៨២ មានឋានៈជាប្រធានក្រុម មានទីតាំងនៅមាត់បឹងខាងកើតព្រែក ហ្លួង។ ក្នុង «ង» ៨២ នេះមានកម្លាំងទាំងអស់៤៥០នាក់ ធ្លាប់រៀន ក្ឃួនយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រដូចជា ហាត់លូន, ដាក់ម៉ីន, បោកគ្រាប់បែក, បាញ់ យន្ដហោះ, វាយលុកបន្ទាយ។ ពួកខ្មាំងបានពន្យល់មនោគមន៍វិជ្ជាថា មិនត្រូវចរចារជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលជាដាច់ខាត។ ត្រូវរំដោះទឹកដីឱ្យ ប្រជាជនវិញ។ កងនេះមានឈ្មោះ លី និង អឿន ជាបញ្ជាការ បើវាបញ្ជាទៅឆេ្វងគឺឆេ្វង ស្ដាំគឺស្ដាំ មិនធើ្វតាមវាទេគឺបាញ់ចោល។ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ពួកយៀកកុងយួន ច្រើនមាននៅព្រែកពោធិ, តារីយ៍ មាន់ដប់។
