On October 14, 1973, Khmer rebel made propaganda to explain residents from Veal Ka-Am village to Prek Dam Bang village, Russei Croy sub-district, Muk Kampoul district that residents from 16 years old were ordered to join Angkar. If anyone opposed to this acts of mobilization, they would kill them. As for some educated women were assigned to teach children.
ថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមបានចូលមកឃោសនា ពន្យល់អ្នកស្រុកចាប់ពីវាលក្អម រហូតដល់ភូមិព្រែកដំបង សង្កាត់ឫស្សី ជ្រោយ ស្រុកមុខកំពូល ដោយបញ្ជាឱ្យអ្នកស្រុកចូលបម្រើអង្គការ របស់វាចាប់ពីអាយុ១៦ឆ្នាំឡើងទៅ។ បើអ្នកស្រុកណាហ៊ានប្រឆាំង និងកិច្ចកំណែននេះ វានឹងយកអ្នកនោះទៅសម្លាប់ចោល។ ចំណែក ស្ដ្រីវិញ បើចេះអក្សរពួកវាឱ្យធ្វើជាគ្រូបង្រៀនកេ្មងៗ។
