Kem Khoeun alias Soy Sophy, born in 1954 in Thmei village, Phong sub-district, Kongpisei district, Kampong Speu province, was arrested on 18 March 1974 in Tuolsangke village, commune, Phnom Penh city. After the person stop studying, the person joined militia and was persuaded by Vuth to make subversion against republican and to hate top leaders. The person throw grenades in Pochentong 2 time and in house of Sosten.
កែម ឃឿន (សយ សុភី) កើតនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៥៤ នៅភូមិថ្មី សង្កាត់ផុង ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ ត្រូវចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃ១៨ មីនា ១៩៧៤ នៅភូមិទួលសង្កែ សង្កាត់លេខ២ ក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។ ឈ្មោះនេះបួសបន្ទាប់ពី ឈប់រៀនហើយក៍ចូលធ្វើកងឈ្លប ហើយទទួលការអប់រំពីឈ្មោះ វុធ ឱ្យធ្វើវិទ្ធង្សនាផ្ដួលរបបសាធារណរដ្ឋនិយម និងចងកំហឹងចំពោះអ្នកដឹកនាំរដ្ឋ ធំៗ។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបានធ្វើសកម្មភាពបោកគ្រាប់បែកនៅពោធិ៍ចិនតុង២ដង បោកគ្រាប់បែកនៅផ្ទះលោកសុស្ដែន។
