On September 21, 1973, there were 3 Yuon Viet Congs, one of them was second lieutenant came from Boeung Sala sub-district, Kampong Trach district. They were hired by people to walk their eight pairs of cows out of Damnak Trayoeung village in Sre Chea sub-district. But the three were ambushed by Khmer Rouge while walking the cows along the way approximately at the point VS407-720 in O Sleng village in Sre Chea sub-district. At that time, they were accused of walking other people's cow without Angkar's authorization. North Viet Cong soldiers accused Khmer Rouge of purposely assassinate that two Viet Cong soldiers, who helped with walking people's cow because people did not do it by themself because they were afraid of Khmer Rouge.
ថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានយួនវៀតកុង៣នាក់ ក្នុង ចំណោមនោះមានម្នាក់សក្ដិ១ មកពីឃុំបឹងសាលា ស្រុកកំពង់ត្រឡាច ស៊ីឈ្នួលដឹកគោឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ៨នឹម ដឹកចេញពីភូមិដំណាក់ត្រយឹង ក្នុងឃុំស្រែជា ដឹកគោបានពាក់កណ្ដាលផ្លូវ ត្រង់ចំណុចវេ-អេស ៤០៧,៧២០ ក្នុងភូមិអូរស្នែង សង្កាត់ស្រែជា ត្រូវខ្មែរក្រហម ស្ទាក់វាយស្លាប់អស់២នាក់ ម្នាក់ទៀតរត់រួចខ្លួន។ ពួកខ្មែរក្រហម ចោទយួនវៀតកុងថាលួចដឹកគោអ្នក ស្រុកខុសច្បាប់អនុញ្ញាតិពីអង្គការ។ ចំពោះពួកវៀតកុងយួនខាងជើង ចោទខ្មែរក្រហមថាធ្វើឃាតដោយ ចេតនា ព្រោះពួកវាខំជួយដឹកគោឱ្យអ្នកស្រុក ដោយពុំហ៊ានដឹកខ្លួន ឯងខ្លាចខ្មែរក្រហមធ្វើបាប។
