On October 04, 1973, Yourn Viet Kong ordered Khmer citizens and ethnic Vietnamese in Peam village to buy rice from the region which was occupied by goverment in which they gave a profit of 1000 Riels per sack, excluding other transportation charge. These rice were bought from Kampong Chhnang province and Chhnok Trou, especially it had to deliver in one week the lates.
ថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ យៀកកុងយួនខាងជើង បានបញ្ចូល ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងអនិកជនជនជាតិយួនក្នុងភូមិពាម ឱ្យដើររកទិញអង្ករពី តំបន់រដ្ឋាភិបាលយើងកាន់កាប់ ដោយឱ្យមួយបាវៗចំណេញ ១០០០រៀល ដោយមិនគិតថ្លៃឈ្នួលដឹកនាំផេ្សងៗទៀត។ អង្ករទាំង នោះប្រមូលទិញពីកំពង់ឆ្នាំង ខ្លះពីឆ្នុកទ្រូ ខ្លះទើបដឹកបន្ដរហូតទៅដល់ ពាមក្នុង ជាពិសេសក្នុងរយៈពេលមួយអាទិត្យយ៉ាងយឺតបំផុត។
