Pat Voeun, Khmer Communist, defected to military authority in Kampong Tralach sub-military operation sector at Por bridge, and he served army in a special regiment 753, which was just newly formed in June 1974 and located in district Cheung Prey, Kampong Cham.This regiment consisted of 300 soldiers. Mith Phat was a commander, Mith Horn was sub commander, Mith Phan was responsibled for economic. In October 1974, this regiment was deployed in the north of Boeung Liech, point VU681-115 to defence against national army. And he defected to sub-military sector, in Kampong Tralach, Spean Por? because he couldn't stand with pressure ban on freedom and dictatorship.
ប៉ាត វឿន ជាខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ បានមកសុំចុះចូលនឹងអាជ្ញាធរយោធានៅ ផ្នែកសឹករងកំពង់ត្រឡាច នៅស្ពានពោធិ ឈ្មោះនេះធ្លាប់បម្រើក្នុង កងវរទំនើបទើបបង្កើតថ្មីរបស់ខ្មាំងលេខ៧៥៣ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នៅស្រុកជើងព្រៃ កំពង់ចាម។ កងវរនេះមានគ្នា៣០០នាក់ ក្រោម បញ្ជាមិត្ដផាន បញ្ជាការដ្ឋានរងមិត្ដ ហន សេដ្ឋកិច្ចមិត្ដ ផាន់ ខែ១០ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មកត្រៀមចាំទប់ទល់កងទ័ពជាតិនៅខាងជើងបឹងលាច ចំនុចវ៉េអ៊ុយ៦៨១-១១៥។ មូលហេតុនៃការចុះចូលដោយមិនអាច ទ្រាំទ្រនូវអំពើជិះជាន់បំបិទសិទ្ធសេរីភាព អំណាចផ្ដាច់ការនៃពួកខ្មាំង។
