In Tra Peang Thom district, khmer communist built a civil hospital which was located in the middle of the sub-district and consisted of 40 beds and 120 staffs. And military hospitals made up of 500 to 1000 beds, and it was located in Dam Rey Kaun village, Saut Nikum district.
Whereas medicine was made from plants in this zone. There were 14 villages in the sub-district and each village had a granary which could store 300 to 500 Thang. The following were committee of khmer communist in Tra Peang Thom sub-district. 1. Comrade Duok (Chief of sub-district) 2. Comrade Orn (Deputy), Nie Ry Som (Member) 3. Comrade Phoeuk (Chief of village Suong), Comrade Chen (Deputy of village) 4. Comrade Cham (Chief of village Thmey), Comrade Manh (Deputy of village Thmey), Comrade Phann (Member) នៅក្នុងសង្កាត់ត្រពាំងធំ ពួកខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមកុម្មុយនិស្ដ បានធ្វើមនី្ទរពេទ្យ មួយកន្លែងដើម្បីប្រជាជននៅកណ្ដាលឃុំ ដែលមានគ្រែចំនួន៤០ ហើយមានអ្នកធើ្វការចំនួន១២០នាក់។ ចំណែកមនី្ទពេទ្យយោធាវិញ មានគ្រែពី៥០០ ទៅ ១០០០ តាំងនៅភូមិដំរីកូន ស្រុកសូត្រនិគម ចំណែកថ្នាំវិញ គឺផលិតចេញពីព្រៃឈើនៅក្នុងភូមិភាគនោះ។ ក្នុង សង្កាត់ត្រពាំងធំនេះមានភូមិចំនួន១៤ភូមិ ហើយនៅក្នុងភូមិនីមួយៗ មានជង្រុកស្រូវសម្រាប់ដាក់ស្រូវពី៣០០ ទៅ ៥០០ថាំង។ គណៈកម្មាការខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដក្នុងសង្កាត់ត្រពាំងធំមានៈ១. មិត្ដ ឌួក (ប្រធានគណៈកម្មាការសង្កាត់)២. មិត្ដ អន (អនុប្រធាន) និងមិត្ដនារី សំ (សមាជិក)៣. មិត្ដ ភឿក (ប្រធានភូមិសួង), មិត្ដ ចេន (អនុប្រធានភូមិ)៤. មិត្ដ ចាម (ប្រធានភូមិថី្ម) មិត្ដ ម៉ាញ (អនុប្រធាន), មិត្ដ ផាន់ (សមាជិក)
