Heng Phalla and Phat Savann were soldiers in a special company of regiment 192, zone 203, And they defected to female military operation authority at Thmor Kor on 7 June 1974. He was questioned by national military counsil staff on information.
ឈ្មោះ ហេង ផល្លា និង ផាត់ សុវណ្ណ ហៅ ផាន់ ផន ទាំង២នាក់នេះ មានឋានៈជាយុទ្ធជននៃកងអនុសេនាធំពិសេសនៃកងវរសេនាធំលេខ ១៩២ ភូមិភាគ២០៣។ ហើយបានចូលសារភាពនៅភូមិថ្មគរកាល ពីថ្ងៃ០៧ ខែមិថុនា ១៩៧៤ ជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរយោធាទ័ពនារីខ្មែរ ប្រតិបត្ដិការ ហើយត្រូវបានអគ្គសេនាធិការយោធាខេមរជាតិ សួរជាពត៌មានសម្រាប់ទ័ពរួចហើយ។
