Thaong Phalla, born in Dakkpor village, BoengTranh sub-district, Samrong district, Takeo province, was a combatant in battalion 54, special zone. The person was arrested on 9 July 1974, during the fighting in Krabao pagoda, Svay Rolum. The person reported about battalion 54 that was under commander Khan. The battalion consisted of 260 members and their weapon store in region 25.
