Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
In region 30 changed most of staffs in administrative sector and economical sector after fighting in Kampong Cham province. Khmer rebels appointed comrade Has Chhoeut to be a region chief, who was responsible to occupy from Prek Kdam to Koh Sotin, and a person named Kauy, Khmer half-blood Chinese, was a region deputy who was Khieu Samphan's nephew. On October 20, 1970, Hass, Kauy and Leng went to Bos Khnol village, Chamkar Leu district in order to join meeting. Comrade Hass made propaganda that all villagers had to gather their families, who lived in Phnom Penh, to this region because their soldiers will launch offensive on December 1973. Khmer rebels forced villagers to serve in movement, and were punished in someone mingled and behaved something wrong. Khmer rebels absolutly-banned people, who wanted to go to Phnom Penh. It someone goes to Phnom Penh, they have to contribute affer they return home medication.
ក្រោយពីការវាយប្រហារកំពង់ចាមមក នៅតំបន់៣០មានការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរ បុគ្គលិកជាច្រើន ខាងផ្នែករដ្ឋបាល និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមបានចាត់ តាំងមិត្ដ ហាស់ ហៅ ឈឿត ជានាយតំបន់៣០ មាននាទីត្រួតត្រា ចាប់ពីព្រែកក្ដាមរហូតដល់កោះសូទិន។ ឈ្មោះ កូយ ខ្មែរកាត់ចិន ត្រូវក្មួយ ខៀវ សំផន ជាភូឈួយ។ ថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ ឈ្មោះ ហាស់, កូយ និងឡេង បាននាំគ្នាចុះទៅបុសខ្នុរ ស្រុកចម្ការលើ ដើម្បីរួមប្រជុំ។ មិត្ដ ហាស់ បានឃោសនាប្រាប់អ្នកស្រុកឱ្យទៅនាំ គ្រួសារដែលរស់នៅភ្នំពេញចេញពីទីក្រុង ព្រោះកងទ័ពវាវាយប្រហារ ក្នុងខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមបង្ខំប្រជាពលរដ្ឋឱ្យធ្វើការបម្រើ ចលនាពួកវា និងធ្វើទារុណកម្មលើជនណាដែលក្លែងបន្លំ និងប្រព្រឹត្ដ ខុស។ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមហាមផ្ដាច់មិនឱ្យអ្នកស្រុកចូលមកក្រុងភ្នំពេញឡើយ។ បើជនណាចូលមកក្រុង ដល់ពេលត្រឡប់ទៅវិញត្រូវបង់វិភាគទាន ដូចជាថ្នាំពេទ្យជាដើម។
