កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
According to the interrogation on defector Chey Savoeun, he was a former chief of gancy 1st, district 12, company 302, region 31 Kampongtralach. In the company 302, Ta Rin was a commander, Ta Tem was a politic commissar, Sa Luot was a commander in chief, Sun was a economic commissar. Besides defending the district and taking part in fight with region army, the company 302 also had duty to scout about national army barracks located in this district. A meeting and a ceremony was set up to tell people that their troops were more than the repubic's troop, so they had to win. Their target area included three places such as attacking Sala 5, attacking Udong MeanChey, and attacking Phnom Penh. From 1970-73 most of enemy troops were brave to volunteers and struggle, but in 1974 the soldiers were not willing to combat any longer because of brutality, supressing and cruelty of Angkar communist; what is more, the war was between khmer and khmer only. And they forced themselves to serve this Ang Kar because they cuoldn't escape. Chey Savoeun, defector, defected to the government honestly and cleverly because he revealed all information he knew.
តាមការសួរចម្លើយជនចុះចូលឈ្មោះ ជ័យ សាវឿន បានឱ្យដឹងថាៈ ឈ្មោះនេះជាអតីតប្រធានក្រុមទី១នៃកងកម្លាំងប្រចាំស្រុក១២ អនុ សេនាធំ៣០២ កំពង់ត្រឡាច តំបន់៣១។ កងអនុសេនាធំ៣០២ មានឈ្មោះ តារិន ជាមេបញ្ជាការ, តាតែម ជាស្នងការនយោបាយ, សាលួត មេបញ្ជាការរួម, ស៊ុន ស្នងការសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។ កង៣០២នេះ ក្រៅពីមានភារៈកិច្ចការពារក្នុងស្រុកហើយ ត្រូវចូលប្រយុទ្ធរួមជាមួយ កងទ័ពតំបន់ និងយកការណ៍ពីកងទ័ពជាតិតាមបន្ទាយនានាដែលស្ថិតនៅ ក្នុងស្រុកនេះ។ ពួកខ្មាំងបានធ្វើការប្រជុំ និងធ្វើបុណ្យមួយប្រកាសឱ្យ ប្រជាជនដឹងថា ពួកវាមានកងទ័ពច្រើនជាងកងទ័ពសាធារណរដ្ឋទៅទៀត ដូចនេះពួកវាត្រូវតែឈ្នះ។ គម្រោងការប្រយុទ្ធរបស់ពួកវាមាន៣កន្លែង គឺៈ វាយយកសាលាលេខ៥, វាយយកខេត្ដឧដុង្គមានជ័យ, វាយយក ទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។ ចំពោះទឹកចិត្ដកងទ័ពខ្មាំងនៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ដល់ ១៩៧៣ ភាគច្រើនមានការស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដតស៊ូដោយទឹកចិត្ដក្លាហាន។ តែលុះក្រោយឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ដោយឃើញនូវអំពើឃោរឃៅ ជិះជាន់ កាចសាហាវរបស់អង្គការកុម្មុយនិស្ដ កងទ័ពទាំងឡាយគ្មានទឹកចិត្ដចង់ ច្បាំងទេ ហើយម៉្យាងទៀតការច្បាំងនេះគ្មានឃើញអ្នកណាក្រៅពីខ្មែរ និងខ្មែរគ្នាឯងសោះ។ តែដោយស្ថិតនៅក្រោមដីរបស់ពួកវាមិនអាច គេចខ្លួនបាន ក៍ស៊ូទ្រាំបម្រើវាដោយបង្ខំចិត្ដ។ ជនសារភាពឈ្មោះ ជ័យ សារឿន នេះបានចុះចូលមកខាងរដ្ឋាភិបាលសាធារណរដ្ឋ ដោយមាន គំនិតស្មោះត្រង់ មានឧត្ដមគតិល្អ ឈ្លាសវៃ ដោយបានផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មានឱ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលឥតមានការលាក់លៀមអ្វីទាំងអស់។
