On October 4, 1973,a deputy of region 4, held an evening party which had revolution songs sung by 10 carrying sackle women and 10 carrying wooden gun men, under Somrang tree in Sa Kor village, Don Try sub-district, Mong district, Battambang province. In this evening party, there were 2 pieces of red and white cloth, carried slogan that the national movement reconciliation of Cambodia, and all victory in battlefield blasted out the corruption of Phnom Penh government. This ceremony were joined by hundred of residents and about 300 Khmer rebels.
ថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ អនុប្រធានតំបន់៤បានចាត់ចែងរាត្រី ស្រមោលសរមួយ ដោយមានចម្រៀងបដិវត្ដន៍ ច្រៀងដោយស្រី១០ នាក់កាន់កណ្ដៀវ និងប្រុស១០នាក់កាន់កាំភ្លើងឈើនៅក្រោម ដើមសំរោងធំមួយក្នុងភូមិសាគរ សង្កាត់ដូនទ្រី ស្រុកមោង ខេត្ដបាត់ ដំបង។ ក្នុងពិធីនេះមានក្រណាត់ស និងក្រហម២ផ្ទាំង ដោយសរសេរ ពាក្យស្លោកដូចតទៅៈ ចលនាបង្រួបបង្រួមជាតិកម្ពុជា ជ័យជម្នះគ្រប់ សមរភូមិ ត្មិះតិះដៀលនូវអំពើពុករលួយនៃរដ្ឋាភិបាលភ្នំពេញ និងមានអ្នកស្រុករាប់ពាន់នាក់ រួមទាំងខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រហែល៣០០ នាក់ចូលរួមផង។
