On 19 september 1973, a military strategy training center was established by a commander of a training center in Siem Reap province, Angkor, whose name as Ta Min. This new center had 300 trainees. It was located in the south of Reap Dash called Ta Ngok mountain in the west of Ampil mountain. Ta Min was Cambodian Vietnamese, born in Sisophon, Battambang province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ឈ្មោះតា មីន ជាមេបញ្ជាការមណ្ឌលហឹ្វកហឺ្វនមកពីខេត្ដសៀមរាប ៉អង្គរ ៉ បានបើកមណ្ឌលហឹ្វកហឺ្វនមួយកន្លែង ដោយមានយុទ្ធជនកេ្មងៗប្រហែល៣០០នាក់ហាត់រៀន នៅទីនោះ គឺនៅខាងត្បូងជើងភ្នំរៀបដាស់ ហៅភ្នំកាង៉ក់ ខាងលិច ភ្នំអំពិល។ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមឈ្មោះតា មីន នេះជាខ្មែរកាត់យួន ស្រុកកំណើតនៅស៊ីសុផុន ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង។
