Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On 1st october 1973, khmer rebels evacuated 200 families from Koh Chi Vaeng village, Kampong Prohok, Chheu Khmao by their own boats in flooding region, Ab Sva lake tillthe end of Da canal. Inhabitants were seperated from their families. Men were sent to be indoctrinated and to study military strategy and then was assigned to be ambush troop. All the victims were under the control of Met Ung aka Porng, deputy chief of region 4.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី០១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមបានចូលមកកៀរអ្នក ស្រុកចំនួនប្រហែល២០០០គ្រួសារពីភូមិកោះជីវាំង, កំពង់ប្រហុក, ឈើខ្មៅយកទៅទុកតាមទូក និងកាណូតរៀងៗខ្លួននៅតំបន់ទឹកលិច ដោយចាប់ពីបឹងអាប់ស្វារហូតដល់ចុងព្រែកដា។ អ្នកស្រុកទាំងអស់ត្រូវខ្មាំងបំបែកអោយនៅបែកពីគ្នា ដោយពួកប្រុសៗបញ្ជូនអោយទៅរៀនមនោគមន៍វិជ្ជា និងក្បួនយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រ រួចទើបតាំងជាកងឈ្លប។ ជនរង គ្រោះទាំងអស់សិ្ថតនៅក្រោមបញ្ជាឈ្មោះ ម៉េត អុង ហៅ ប៉ោង ជានាយករងក្នុងតំបន់។
