These two people served khmer communist as political commissioner and commander of company 34, battalion 301, regiment 17 of region 31. On 19 February 1974, these people defected to the society in sub-military sector of Oudong Meanchey.
ជនទាំងពីរនេះជាខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ មានតួនាទីជាស្នងការនយោបាយ និងជាមេបញ្ជាការកងអនុសេនាធំ៣៤, កងវរសេនាតូច៣០១, កងវរធំ១៧ប្រចាំនៅតំបន់៣១ បានចូលរួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញនៅថ្ងៃ ទី១៩ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នៅផ្នែកសឹករង ឧតុ្ដង្គមានជ័យ។
