ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមបានតែងតាំងឈ្មោះ យ៉ែម សៀប ហៅ ប៉ាន ជាប្រធាន គណៈកម្មាភិបាលស្រុក នៅក្នុងតំបន់លេខ៥ ពិសេសឈ្មោះនេះមាននាទី ត្រួតត្រាចាប់ពីភូមិអង្គាបុស្ស, ព្រៃចាស់, កពោ្ចៀស, ព្រែកកក់, ក្រចាប់, ក្រពើកុម និង កៀនស្បូវ។
